Reviews and Ratings
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were pleasantly surprising from one to the other. The only downside was that they were extremely loud when starting up. The service I received was satisfactory overall, however, there was one incident where a staff member made a rude remark to another guest which was unpleasant. The location of the hotel was convenient to some places we wanted to go, but it had lost its newness and needed some updates. The dining experience was fresh and offered plenty of choices, although slightly pricey. The facilities were good, with a nice bar at night.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, had an issue with the A/C fan continuously blasting even in the cold night. On the bright side, the food was great and the room was spacious and well-decorated. The service received was a bit of a rollercoaster, ranging from extremely helpful and friendly interactions to a less welcoming attitude at check-in. The location was very convenient, close to downtown Mobile, making it easy to explore the area. However, the hotel showed its age in places, especially in the room facing the busy street. The dining experience was a hit or miss, with some tasty options but overpriced items. Overall, it was a decent stay with both highs and lows.
The hotel is located in downtown Mobile, making it a great spot to explore the area on foot. The rooms are tastefully appointed and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat. On the downside, dining options can be a bit pricey for what they offer, making it less attractive for budget-conscious travelers.
